A bunch of us went on a hike up Maple Canyon which is north west of Ephraim. It was such a beautiful day-the weather was perfect. We were planning on a pretty low-key hike, but we ended up hiking up a mountain through the trees and scaling the rocks. We got to the top and this was the view. Those big long silver things in the back of us are turkey barns. There are so many of them out this way. This is Loni and I. We had the best time!
